Parkrun sandwich

Never done a collage before.
Started with a 2.5km dog walk followed by me running 5km lanhydrock parkrun, then take the dogs to Cardinham to finish off their walk.
Decided to explore a different route, got slightly lost and ended up doing well over another 5km.
Got home before the heavens opened at lunchtime.
