Black Alder Catkins.

What a relief today to feel more upbeat and to have sunshine to boot. All the bed changing and laundry was done as usual, exercises done and I photographed the alder catkins at last. Not the best day as it was very windy but I persevered.  Went to the Pillars on the way back for bread and succumbed to crisps. Had a chat at the till and discovered you can now buy non-alcoholic Guinness.  The Pillars staff said it tasted like the real thing so I think I'll give it a go.
