Bracklinn Falls

An unexpected jolty start to the day when Lorne phoned from Glasgow airport asking me to root around for Liv’s passport which they had forgotten. I found it and arranged to meet son #1 in Cumbernauld for the handover. They made their flight just in time.

Later than I had intended Islay dog and I set out for the Bracklinn Falls, I extended what was a very short walk and we ended up at the Keltie Bridge, a little underwhelming but a decent stroll through woodland where by chance we met 35, at least, Ramblers from East Kilbride. I stopped in Callander on the way home and stocked up with delectable sour dough bread, and a mini cherry pie.
