No News is Good News
I rarely go to malls. Hate them. But today Laurie needed to get glasses, so I agreed to accompany her to Lloyd Center (one of the very first malls built in the US). Since I go so seldom, there are always new and different things to marvel at -- like these kiosks broadcasting 24-hour news channels (or what passes for news in the States - that's another story). There are screens everywhere. Flashing, blaring, blinking, shouting. Overstimulation.
Which is why I rarely go to malls.
DDW's challenge today: News.
