Day 3 Lynmouth to Coombe Martin
A particularly tough day today, with some very big climbs. A couple of minor showers - but the real problem was the wind. Getting around some of the high points on the highest cliffs in England was difficult at times.
We heard later that people had been blown off their feet, and some people (wisely) had decided to move off the coastal path and inland.
Whilst it was a long day, we made it in the end. From now on the walk should be a little easier, and of course we pass the half way mark tomorrow.
Maybe we'll have time to stop and have a cream tea!
