Well done haitch!

Getting the stove top clean was allocated to me by the powers that be. There wasn't much crud and stuff to be honest, and it came off fairly easily. But I couldn't find a way to get rid of a couple of "cloudy" patches. After more than a couple of failed attempts at getting the shine back on the cooker top, I went back to Youtube University.
You know what they say, "if you want a better answer, ask a better question", so my search results eventually came up with the answer I needed.
Stainless steel cleaner spray.
Worked a charm. Consider this to be a PSA.
