New Years reception for the locals of Bruges

Finally after a gap of 3y,due to covid19 restrictions, we had our annual reception with the mayor and aldermen of Bruges. I just went to listen to the speech of the mayor and a few pics and that was it. As i stay away from alcoholic drinks, well it ain t need to stay there. Instead i made a lovely walk.
I took this pic because of the lady in the right corner. I converted to b&w because i din t like the colors of the stage lights and emphasize on the composition.
