My afternoon

I am leading the CBS group this week and haven’t looked at the study so this afternoon will be spent doing it
Forgot to post yesterday as it was so busy.
Coffee at my church for the folk who was taking the decs down then over to the St John’s to help with the meal for all the volunteers for the community kitchen . It was really delicious and a good time together.
One home we both just collapsed in a chair . 
We have decided we can still do what we have always done but the recovery time it a little longer ( we’ll, maybe a lot longer)
Needless to say I slept well last night
This morning was an excellent children's talk on Running the Race. Chungman had a willing volunteer who ran uo the church else unhinded. He then put weights on his feet, tied his legs together lovely and gave him a weight to carry.  Needles to say he could hardly move. The lesson was throw off any thing that hinderers you to run the race with God. Tobi wont forget the lesson any time soon I guess
