Clear pond

All this rain has been good for something: it's great to see the pond topped up, and the water so clear...

The current highlights of the pond area are: the water mint seems to have got going again, the first poached egg seedlings have appeared, as have many daffodil and crocus shoots around the edges.

I'm now counting the days until the frogs return for mating!
