More rain and dark sky this morning. When the cloud began to clear towards midday I noticed snow on top of Wansfell.

The forecast suggested it was going to improve mid afternoon but I decided I didn’t want to wait that long and headed out around 1 o’clock. Think I got the best of the weather again. There was hail later.
