On fire

A visit to Hyde Hall with Lin and Linda, rearranged from December.

We were fortunate with the weather as, whilst it rained for most of the day, we managed to avoid getting wet.

We enjoyed the gardens and spoke of families and getting older.  Lin is packing up her home of 41 years to begin a new chapter.  Linda is blessed to have both her parents living close to her.  They moved from the Isle of Wight in their 70's to be nearer the family.  Now in their 90's, they still live independently.

Graham had to drive Lin today as her car was having work done.  Hopefully next time we meet they will be settled in their new home.
