Erm yeah it's still up

Ear still not right. 

Another work day, was meant to be an office day but well ear :( 

I did manage to sort some washing and strip the bed. I still actually need to make the bed. 

Tired but not as tired, do have a bit of a sore throat which is either body warning alarm of M.E relapse in bound unless I heed the warning and rest. Or I have a low grade infection of some sort having a party in my body.
