But no service available. An occasional problem that can happen, but at the office, our principal service provider has not been able to restore our service since 12 December!

One of the joys of being an NGO, despite paying full price, we are not ranked high enough to get the service we should receive.

A solution has been promised tomorrow morning but I am not holding my breath.
