What a day

Another example of poor customer service. My car was booked in for service and MOT. From the booking to the dropping off and then the picking up it was so poor I shall be giving them a suitable review.
Rain on and off all day but managed to get a walk with Hetty after lunch and stay dry.
Interesting to see a tree in the park had lost a couple of large branches and there was lots of fungi smashed around the broken branch.
Ordered new reading specs.
Feel like I have lost a day just getting to garage and back, over four hours driving to drop off and pickup.
