MrQ is not capable of many tasks these days but I encourage him to continue with those that he can still manage. It takes him a very long time and he doesn't find it easy but he still puts the bins out. He's always getting in a muddle about what to put out on which day so we had a refuse masterclass this afternoon which included me writing Epping Forest District Council in block capitals for him.

How strange that when I got back to the car after getting my groceries an Epping Forest District Council refuse lorry was at the lights.
