went for a walk today and went by this fabulous old railway viaduct at Arnos Grove.  Had a coffee stop at a lovely cafe in Southgate on the way which gave me another contender for a 'mono-monday'  (see extra). Neither of them fit the days theme of 'nines' though.  Then had a pub lunch before heading home. Sadly I think any calories expended by the exercise was offset by the eating!
