The adventure starts

After a 1 hour flight we arrived in this paradise. (Clue for people of a certain age is "The singing nun" - answer tomorrow)

I last came here exactly 50 years ago when I was a student. Over the years I have bored Jane rigid with stories of how beautiful it is. It was not easy to find a travel company that comes here.

We have just explored the immediate vicinity of the hotel since we arrived.

Off now for a G&T (couldn't afford that 50 years ago!)
