Slow cooked shoulder
I thought i would share our 2nd xmas day lunch
We had a 2nd xmas day for my sister, who, had been abroad working.
This time around we had a 3kg shoulder of lamb, for slow roasting.
bone left in, the shoulder was studded all over with garlic and rosemary and seasoned with sea salt and milled black pepper.
Then slow roasted for 4 hours @ 100 degrees centigrade.
Shoulder is perfect for this as it is layered with fat. and on the bone.
