‘Mild Incongruities?’

Spotted this morning at the local cake counter. I love the colour scheme, the tartan socks and the embellishment to the hat!

My father used to wear a hat like that - though his hat was brown - and I thought they had rather gone out of fashion when the 1960s arrived!
