Thursley Common

In May 2020 a horrendous fire swept the common destroying 150 hectares. The boardwalk were also destroyed . It has just been rebuilt and opened recently. Now to wait for the trees and wetlands to regrow. Sadly many lizards and dragon fly larvae were killed in the fire, so doubtful we will see these creatures here again.
