It's Black and White

Back at the Lido at lunchtime - high winds and lots of heavy showers pounding there way across the skies so probably inevitable that I would catch a rainbow at some point.

Luckily it was just as I came out of the changing cubicle,with no-one else around, the wet ground reflecting the white planks lit up from the strong sunshine from my right. Was swimming in near perfect sunshine and towards the last 5 lengths black clouds loomed and the heavens opened leaving me to swim out in a downpour (always amazing). The outdoor showers were an awesome mix of extra hot water with cold cloudburst and prickling gusts trying to snatch the water before it hit me, whilst overhead black black clouds yet bright sunshine creeping underneath. What a mix.

Crawl training coming along. 1k swim (longest crawled distance yet) in approx 25mins - was most pleased with that. A few more weeks then work up to 3.5k...
