Only photo taken today and it is actually a screen shot - does that count?  The Dopski took my iPad and downloaded some apps, one of which was Snake from the 90’s.  She then proceeded to ask me if I was born in 1997 (was in my first marriage :/) and if I had a phone like this *shows picture of very old Nokia*.  A very easy way to make you feel absolutely ancient!  What larks!

Good morning at school.  Came home and spent all afternoon doing paperwork for a meeting tomorrow.  Made a disappointing tea, then carried on with paperwork afterwards.  Strangely I didn’t resent doing the work as I didn’t have to do it! Funny how your brain and feelings work isn’t it?

Spent ages marinading pork for a stir fry tea, it was ‘developing’ for a good 24 hours to make Char Siu, before I roasted it.  I added chicken, red peppers, spring onion, carrot, garlic and ginger and finished with a teriyaki sauce.  The disappointing bit were the ‘new’ ‘straight to wok’ noodles from Aldi - they were very sticky and really made the dish stodgy.  I won’t be buying them again.
