Singing near the Abbey

An EB today . I came across this group singing alongside some silver band instruments after my yoga class. They seemed to be a Welsh Choir but i don’t know who they were !

Spent the afternoon at A and E in Yeovil as we received a call from someone saying Paul’s Mum had been taken to our Surgery after a fall . As she takes warfarin she needed CT scans . The poor thing was badly bruised and cut on her face and very shaken up . An ambulance would have taken hours to come so it was best we took her to hospital.
She had been shopping, driving her friend and then carrying her friend’s shopping to her door! Given my M in L is 87 you can imagine what we said but she likes to do it . Also, whilst this was happening, it turns out she’d left a pan on the cooker so the fire brigade were at her house at the same time - fortunately nothing too serious as a result! What a day . P is staying at his Mum’s overnight as we were told she should be monitored . She’s still very shocked and shaky .
