Still feeling really rough today, but it was our quarterly all staff day and my colleagues had set up a video call so I could join it (most others were there in person), so I did.  Luckily I didn't need to have my camera on, so I ended up lying on the sofa for most of it and no one was any the wiser. 

Carried on working from the sofa afterwards (sitting up), and got various emails cleared, but felt really rubbish so didn't work too late.
