Kickboxing last night was good all things considered seems my legs are fine as long as they're moving and i am dosed up on nurofen and energy bars!! Then i am a force to be reckoned with. hehehehehe that makes me giggle sorry me a force to be reckoned with, although in the gym this morning the punch bag got a good hammering and then was practicing freeforms i think i was scaring the women going up for their yoga classes!! Oh well they won't argue with me when i push in front of them in the coffee queue. Always a bonus!

Best dash got a child to drop home, a husand to pick up from the train station and other child to drop at football!!
