Level 42 – It’s Over 

This young cormorant perched above Balderton Lake promoted much deliberation and joy to the many dog walkers today. Another local "specialist" thought it to be a heron - erroneously I think, fooled like me by it's year 1 light chest.

Wellbeing
My neck jaw and shoulders are painful today. I did feel a little tight swimming yesterday, having done a less recently. There's an element of joint guesswork re my botulinum injections (which act to weaken the muscle); I suspect my latest neck ones which I've not had for quite a while weren't a good call in retrospect.
