Wound Check & Physio

The big plastercast was taken off and I saw the wounds for the first time. Truly ugly mess! New dressing in place followed by hour long physio session where i was fitted with a customised splint. This is to be in place 24/7  but needs to be taken off every hour for 20-30 mins during which time I have very painful exercises to complete!

4 coaching sessions completed today. Still feels like I have ice running through my veins! No opiates taken today. A successful week but now knackered!
