Friday 13th

A long, but productive day today, course provider application done*, Scottish funding bids (multiple) started, and also started to review the volunteer applications, phew.

Day started with a survey for solar panels and some other work. It must be complicated as this is their 3rd survey. Would probably be easier if they were sent with the right property details and plan...

Later in the day we noticed an odd ball of fire in the sky and decided to head out for a wander across the back field. Looks lovely doesn't it? By the time we reached the trees in the middle of this shot we were both caked in mud up to our knees and Missy was unrecognisable. We laughed a lot and are very glad Missy adores having a bath/shower.

* I found myself internally raging at what a 'lads-club'  the application process to be a provider is, archaic and poorly designed. I paused, recent red and reminded myself change happens best from the inside.
