Sociable day

Our neighbour of 40 years ago, who we’ve not seen for many years came for coffee this morning, just great to catch up, though life has been tough for J. She remains cheerful and optimistic. Dog walk this afternoon, and then out on the train to Ilkley for an Italian with N & M.
Ilkley seemed quieter, maybe a consequence of the financial challenges.
