Dentist after work. Our dentist is brilliant. He explains everything very nicely, and pitches it just right for his audience. I was pleasantly surprised to hear that after 3 years (since my last check) my teeth were fine. Phew! I was late and made a mad dash in the dark and the rain to get there.

We don't hear so much about FACTS anymore, but it was a big thing.
