A grey headed cormorant ( great cormorant )

Surprised to see this in a hide today , we were chatting about it, turns out it is a great cormorant or (grey headed cormorant) :-) We were at Whisby nature reserve just outside Lincoln.
Also saw a golden eye, but the light was very poor , this is the best bird shot I managed today .
