Night time delivery....

A dry day, so once everything was fed,left Kev on mucking out and bedding cattle while I set about hauling slurry up to the tower. Was getting on fine until a lorry arrived in unannounced with a couple of tons of feed buckets for sheep.
Had to unhitch the slurry tanker so I could unload them,,then hitch it back up again to finish the job at hand. Then had to abandon things to nip into town to collect Littlemiss from school as Mrs F working late..
Back home by the back of 4 pm. The nights are starting to stretch a bit as it was still light when I went back out to finish up.
Colin appeared in about 5.30pm with a surprise on his lorry- the wee Landing tractor, back from it's Christmas stay at the tractor doctor's.
By the look of it there is a new injector pump fitted so no idea what that's going to cost!
