Flowery shadows

Pinks and carnations are so pretty and long-lasting they're among my favourite cut flowers. And sometimes I've kept back cuttings after the flowers have eventually wilted. On more than one occasion these have struck roots and ended up flowering in the garden. I love it when that happens.

Another day spent with daughter and little ones. Exhausted, but happy. Before I left, little Miss B instigated a group hug with me and her mum. She gave each of our faces a little lick: the kiss-style that she's copied from her four-legged cousin, Bug Pugglesworth. ;-)
