A gap in the clouds

Actually a whole day without rain , glorious sunshine all the way in fact, which was a tonic.  I took the dog on a decent morning walk and blipped, again, this tree that came down a week or so ago.  I’ve photographed it a couple of times as a an early blip in case nothing else catches my eye but this time it is worth giving it its moment as the light was lovely.  

Not many meetings today, so managed to catch up with a lot of things tucked up in my home office.  

In the evening we ate early and went to the local bijou cinema, The Living Room in Liphook to watch Tar, the movie starring Cate Blanchett. It’s long and quite a slow burn but she’s sensational and by the end it gripped like a vice.  Strong note to self to go and see more movies in cinemas. I would have nodded off watching it on the sofa…it’s not just about the big screen after all, you watch movies with so much more focus in cinema.
