The path to home…..

An early walk, started out a little later. Nice to have sunshine on and off all day. We spent time gathering together gear and camping necessities for two weeks in Kaiteriteri .Between that activity I finished making a rich fruit cake. Margaret set off early afternoon…. Kaiteriteri bound. James and I leave tomorrow. Friend Sue brought Alison here this afternoon. Alison is to house-sit for us along with a team of supporters. James and I picked up Alison around 8.pm and along with the three of us we took Maisie for a walk beside the river. A nice evening, mild weather and light until well after 9.pm.
