parkrun

I was on volunteering duties this morning at parkrun. Timekeeping is my normal role which I enjoy. Hands were cold though!

Managed an early morning walk with H beforehand.

Popped in for a gym session afterwards before going to the shops for a few errands.

Got ten pin bowling this evening with the FiL.
