Rain

It is our grand-daughter's 7th birthday today and we FaceTimed with her and step-son this morning.  She was naturally very excited and looking forward to her party later.  She showed us several of her birthday cards and also the telescope her parents had given her.

The weather here was better than of late and we wandered out onto the salt marsh after lunch.  It was fascinating to see different rain clouds transiting the bay and one or two rainbows.

A letter from NS&I today informed me that I have £600 in premium bonds.  I had totally forgotten about them!  Nice windfall.
