Yellowhammer #7

The weather this morning was cold, but there were some breaks in the cloud and above all it was dry(ish) so we went for our Lockdown Loop walk which we've not done for a while. 
It was muddy and a bit damp, but the star of the day was this yellowhammer who posed nicely on the top of a hedge in the bit of sunshine that we had. 
The afternoon has been another wash out with yet more rain and wind. We have spent a while booking a couple of trips later for this year that we've been mulling over for a few days - a long weekend with hubby's family on the east coast of Suffolk and an 11 night cruise to Iceland which I'm a tad more excited about :)  
We've not been on a cruise for over three years now so it will be interesting to see how it goes.
