Tomato Day!

Not a particularly special photo but a notebook entry to remind me when I planted them. Fortunately it stayed fine while I was doing it - the rain came later.

We've been over to mum's this afternoon, unfortunately the plasterer was still clearing up so we walked into quite a bit of mess. I hope he's as good as his word and clears up properly. Whatever he does we're still in for quite a bit of cleaning and I think buying a new carpet. Merv is going to do the decorating while we're in Northumberland next week. Good old Merv I say - he might even come and help me clear up first.

The forecast for tomorrow is awful and it's my birthday - we might just be forced to go and visit the Apple shop in Meadowhell ;)
