50!

Well I’m not quite sure how it happened, but it appears I have hit my half century birthday!

The schools were on strike today, so my plans for a quiet day beachcombing were shattered (Ethan funds beachcombing boring)’. So, I took him first a haircut instead then to his footie training.

Booked a table at a local restaurant for dinner - z the Fork & Field. But when we arrived, it was very clearly closed! I messaged them and received a reply back that they were on their Christmas night out! Was too late to spend much time trying to find anywhere else, so we ended up at the Toby Carvery. Not really what I had in mind but at least we got fed!
