Crossed

It's been a day of showers.  Was just about to head out for a walk after breakfast when the rain began, in earnest.  Delayed our only walk until after lunch.

Encountered a female black greyhound very like my previous greyhound, Murray only slightly smaller but beautiful.  Further along met Archie, ten year old collie and within minutes encountered a woman, Sue and her black labrador.  We got chatting about dog walks in our area which are limited for green space.  It appears I've met Sue briefly in the past. This city is like that especially having been here for thirty-seven years and worked and studied in different situations.

Made vegetable curry and lentil dahl for dinner.
And while that was cooking made a chocolate and banana loaf.  Just steamed vegetables for the hound.

Now sitting down for the rest of the evening until bedtime.
