ELOQUENCE

"White is not a mere absence of color; it is a shining and affirmative thing, as fierce as red, as definite as black. God paints in many colors; but He never paints so gorgeously, I had almost said so gaudily, as when He paints in white. "


My perfect painting would be white, pure white.

But I can't help myself, I start with a little touch of ochre and a spot of "noir de vine",
I add a speck of sienna and then I am in full flow.

In the end there is no white to be found.
