Time to get up?

Cosmo is wondering if it is time to get up? I think it is clear she would rather stay in bed for a little while longer.

The day started and ended with rain, though we had quite a long sunny interval in between. Lunch at Al Fresco (formerly Aperitivo) today. The restaurant was very busy.
