Drop Dead Gorgeous?

Spotted this juxtaposition on the dog walk today, on the River House Restaurant wall. Banter on the left from the owners, something a little bit more sinister on the right. 
I presume that the anonymous poster is referring to the connection being made (by some) between the COVID vaccines, and the amount of young, apparently healthy people dying suddenly. 
It's certainly true that the excess death rates in the UK for 2022 are alarming. Even this BBC article references the claims, and the BBC usually avoids such references like the plague (if you pardon the pun). 
As ever, it all depends on the data, and I don't think the data has been examined enough yet. It does worry me that the NHS is in such a state of meltdown at the moment, that corners may be cut with data, and the recording of all the relevant facts.
