Listening for Aliens!

I fancied a complete change of scene today and something else to photograph. An hour or so later I was at Jodrell Bank having a coffee and veggie pasty!

That wasn't the reason to visit, although the pasty was pretty good....

I spent a while wandering around the site and trying to take photos of the famous telescope. But for me I really wished it hadn't been completely facing up to the sky. I was hoping to get a view of the inside of the dish. But now I have an annual pass to visit, I'll just have to try on another day.
