Aberlemno Again?

Today has been a dry sunny day and I suggested ‘a run in the car’ to Aberlemno via an Aldi store to pick up a gluten free haggis to celebrate Robert Burns over the next week or so.

We purchased three GF haggises. I gather we are hosting three RB lunches over the next few days.

We arrived in Aberlemno to take some photos of the Aberlemno stones which are boxed in for the winter. The extra explains the policy and I have checked that the QR Code can be scanned.

Apart from enjoying the countryside I am starting to prepare an illustrated talk on the Pictish Stones with particular emphasis on their relationship to churches.

This should appeal to various church guilds, Probus, Rotary and other clubs.
