Margaret's recovery has gone a bit into reverse, she's not at all well today.  Whatever this bug is it's not nice..,

I took yesterdays photo with a 600mm f4 lens which was probably too much for the low light, I had to shoot wide open so impossibly narrow D o F. I've used a 400mm f2.8 on a crop sensor camera in slightly better light for this.
