Feline betrayal

Sometimes it is hard, in the Ottawacker household, to sit down for five minutes without being inundated by visitors. No matter how hard you try to be silent, it is only a matter of seconds before a series of thumps come from other parts of the house, thumps followed by pitter-pattering of tiny feet, announcing mewling, and a jump onto a proprietorial part of the seated person's body.
