Currying favour

We picked the wrong time of day for a walk this morning; cold, windy and a bit of drizzly rain in the air.  Definitely not a day for taking photos.  So, it's another food related blip, I'm afraid.  This is most of the prep for a couple of vegetarian curries I'm making this evening; a Saag Aloo (spinach and potato curry) and a Matar Paneer (Indian cheese and peas), which will be served with an aromatic pilau rice.  Better get on then!
