Prawn katsu fingers. My brave lass returned from the rain and wind-swept hills with soggy feet and a backpack full of soggy stuff but in good spirits. Straight into the bath, lots of food and then into bed for her. Me and the wee 'un made prawn katsu and very fine it was too.
